GENERAL
Houcey is a home transformation company. We design and build outdoor spaces, make homes move-in ready, and install premium safety products – end to end, with one concierge managing everything.
We are currently in 12 cities across India – NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and more. Tell us your city when you enquire and we will confirm availability.

No. We work on new flats, resale homes, villas, and homes that simply need a refresh – regardless of how old they are.
OPENSPACE
Balconies, terraces, lawns, landscapes, and custom outdoor structures like pergolas, porta cabins, and glass houses.
Projects start at ₹99,000 for a basic balcony. Larger terrace and landscape projects start at ₹2,50,000 and above.
Yes. Everything we use is rated for outdoor Indian conditions – heat, rain, and humidity. Built to last, not just look good on day one.
Sometimes. We will tell you upfront what approvals your project needs and guide you through the process
Balcony: 2–4 weeks. Terrace: 4–8 weeks. We give you a timeline before we start and we stick to it.
MOVE-IN
Move-In is Houcey’s home readiness service. We take your flat from builder delivery to fully ready to live in – kitchen, wardrobes, furniture, appliances, electrical, and more.
We offer three levels – Lite, Plus, and Max – depending on how complete you want your home to be. Starting at ₹1,99,000.
No. We work on resale homes, builder deliveries, and homes that need a proper refresh – at any stage.
Yes. The tiers are starting points. Add, remove, or swap based on what your home actually needs.
Premium, vetted brands only – across kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, appliances, and soft furnishings. We share the full brand list at your home visit.
Lite: 4–6 weeks. Plus: 6–8 weeks. Max: 8–12 weeks. Timeline is confirmed before we start.
PROTECT
Currently – safety doors and invisible grills. Boundary and railing solutions are coming soon.
A high-tensile SS 316 wire-based safety system for balconies, windows, and ducts. It offers full protection with virtually no visual impact – your view stays completely unobstructed.
Yes. Each panel handles up to 400kg of load. It uses the same grade of steel used in marine applications.
Most installations are completed in a single day.
Yes. Everything is measured at the site visit and made to your exact specifications.
Yes. Invisible grills come with a 10-year warranty. Safety door warranty terms are shared at consultation.
PROCESS AND PRICING
Free site visit → design and quote → execution → handover. One concierge manages everything throughout.
Yes. No cost, no commitment. We come, see the space, and give you a plan and a price. You decide after that.
The price is locked after the site visit and sign-off. It does not change after that – no escalations, no surprises.
Yes. Show us a like-for-like quote and we will match it.
Milestone-based – design sign-off, material procurement, and handover. Nothing is due at the site visit.
Bank transfer, UPI, and cheque. Cash accepted up to ₹1,99,999 with valid PAN as per Indian law.
AFTER THE PROJECT
Your concierge does not disappear at handover. We have after-sales support built in. One call and we sort it.
Structural warranty of up to 10 years on applicable elements. Product warranties as per the individual brand. Workmanship warranty of 1 year on installation quality.
Yes. Refer a friend or family member and earn up to ₹25,000 when they complete a project with us. Details on our Refer & Earn page.
